PEKOE-FLOWERY
Last bush, with appointed long, growth of branches, this is a leaf, which is not
completely open and covered by white wool. The best tea produced from these last
bushes. In the solution of dry tea, tea will be more when the number of these
bushes is increased; this kind of tea is called white feather tea.
ORANGE PEKOE
After last bush, first leaf, which covered by orange wool, is called
pekoe-orange .
PEKOE-ORDINAIR
Consists of second leaf; less amount of wool is noticeable on these leafs. The
solutions of the first and second leaf and the last bush are led to production
of first class tea.
SOUCHONG
Consists of third and forth leaf, tea which is produced from these leaves is
middle or second class.
CONGOU
Fifth leaf, which is thick, is
the lowest type of tea produced from this leaf. |
