Tea classified in the world in
forth-below category regarding to their manner of production and the process,
which is passed to provide tea. Black tea: more than half of produced tea in the
world is black or ordinary tea. This kind of tea is consumed all around the
world and obtained after passing all the steps of manufacturing tea. Consuming
tea in Iran is this tea, but in the past had imported a little of Green tea.
Black tea might be produced in ORTHODOX and UNORTHODOX "C.T.C" manner.
If all the processes of tea manufacturing consist of withering, rolling,
fermentation and drying is performed in ordinary manner, the black tea, which
obtained is called ORTHODOX tea. Iran tea produced in this manner, because only
this kind of tea is sale in Iran. Another kind of black tea is called C.T.C.
By the invention of new machines, UN withers or less withered tea transform and
after a few fermentation they will be drying. By this method, one of the lengthy
steps of manufacturing- which is withering will omitted and the rolling and
fermentation steps are mixed and decrease it to a minimum amount of time. This
kind of tea called C.T.C is not like ORTHODOX tea because its seeds easily
crumble, break and curve. Eighty percent of Indian tea is composed of UNORTHODOX
or C.T.C. Kenya is another country that produces this kind of tea. This
tea consumed in some countries such as India, Kenya, Egypt, Sudan and England.
By the way, the produced tea in each of the above methods can be consumed and
contributed in (Bulk), (packing), (tea bags), and (Instant tea) but instant tea
has more uses in American and European countries, because consumption of this
kind of tea is similar to coffee's Consumption .
Green tea : moderately about 25 percent of total tea in the world is green
tea; China and Japan is the most producer of 80 percent of the world’s green tea
and they consume 85 percent of the produced tea in the world, other passage
about 94 percent of tea, which is consuming in these two countries is green tea.
Other producers and consumers of green tea in the world are Indonesia, Russia,
and Vietnam. To obtain green tea after the rolling step immediately drying means
that they prevent it from the fermentation step. This kind of tea is also called
half fermentation, which has a pleasant scent and flavor, but its color is so
fair.
Olong Tea : Olong tea is another kind of half fermentation tea. Its
leaves undergo fermentation after the rolling step and either remains incomplete
or they don’t become complete, tea which will be obtained is called Olong. This
tea is mostly consumed in China, Japan and Taiwan.
Previling Tea
: This kind of tea is produced in China and exported to
Mogholistan, Tabbat, and Russia. This tea was so appealing to India, but its
plan didn't develop to producing this tea. Uses of the tea's leaf, stem and even
tea's bush is obtained in prevail or tablet form after passing pressure steps.
To reach this purpose, powder tea is poured in wooden bars and under pressure,
they transformed to prevailing tea. |
